PropertyMatch is a new screen-based secondary trading portal dedicated to unlisted real estate funds. The portal aims to improve price discovery for buyers and sellers of unlisted funds, thereby enhancing both transparency and liquidity. The screen has helped broaden the investment universe, allowed for better compliance with ease of mark to market pricing and improved transparency. Transparency has been vastly improved in the sector, with the market benefiting from the anonymous pricing.
