GFI/CBRE Melody is a collaboration combining CB Richard Ellis’ leading position in commercial real estate services with GFI's expertise in broking new derivative products.  The goal of the venture, set up in 2006, is to create, grow, and broker property derivatives markets following the success of GFI/CB Richard Ellis in the UK.

GFI/CBRE Melody is now a dominant presence in the US market.  Our clients include various types of property investors (core funds, opportunity funds, developers, pension funds, etc.), major investment banks, hedge funds, global portfolio managers, etc. 

Our mission is two fold:

• To act as an unbiased and trusted advisor to our clients (we will never take positions in the market).
