GFI FENICS® Property is on-line price discovery software to support the rapidly growing UK and US property derivatives markets. GFI FENICS® Property users can view prices currently available in the market, the property returns implied by these prices and graphs of historical data. This enables analysis of the relationship between property derivatives prices and property performances, thus identifying opportunities for profitable trading or investment.
