What does GFI EnergyMatch® do for me?

• GFI EnergyMatch® is a fully electronic trading system to support GFI’s vision of the hybrid brokerage model. Built with a lightweight web-based front-end, it is used by GFI’s brokers in North America. It provides you with the efficiency of an electronic trading system and the personal touch of voice brokerage.
• GFI EnergyMatch®integrates liquidity from both Amerex and GFI desks.
• Its benefits include surety of execution, a single screen with price discovery, transparency and greater depth than a single broker system, links to clearing (NYMex Clearport, LCH via Clearport (subject to FSA approval), and ICE), bilateral credit matrix, STP via industry standard ConfirmHub, and much more.

What are the minimum user system requirements for GFI EnergyMatch®?

• Windows 2000 (SP4) or XP (SP2)
• 1.5 GHz processor
• 1 GB of system memory
• Internet Connection
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or Internet Explorer 7.0

Does GFI EnergyMatch® work with any other web browsers?

• GFI EnergyMatch® works best with Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0 but will also work in Firefox 1.0 or higher as well as Safari making remote access to the system even easier.

Is GFI EnergyMatch® secure?

• GFI EnergyMatch® uses HTTPS, which is a secure line. If someone accessing your password is a concern, we would recommend not using the auto login feature.

Is GFI EnergyMatch® a completely web based application?

• Yes, GFI EnergyMatch® is currently completely internet based saving you the hassle of installing it on your computer.

My firewall won’t let me access GFI EnergyMatch®, what do I do?

• Contact your system administrator for guidelines on how to give you access to GFI EnergyMatch®
