Since 2006  GFI has been developing a secondary market in Islamic bonds, Sukuk and the supply of commodity to Islamic and conventional banks for their murabaha transactions.  In 2008 GFI opened an office in Dubai so as to directly service the Middle East, Europe and Far East markets in these specialist financial products including other conventional product range.   The Dubai branch is licensed and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority and is staffed by brokers who are experienced in their products, regions and customer base always ensuring that customers financial transactions and needs are sharia compliant. 

GFI has over ten years experience in developing and utilising its own high performance trading technology, within many (of the) complex markets it serves.  GFI's hybrid solutions includes CreditMatch® a leading electronic trading platform for cash bonds, where it applies technology for analytical programing interfaces (APIs), straight-through-processing, data and analytics for pricing and risk managment and trading platforms, used to execute (for example) fixed income in sukuk bonds.
