GFI's subsidary, the Kyte Group Limited ("Kyte"), provides clearing, settlement and risk management services to proprietary traders, brokers, market makers and hedge funds. Kyte is a member of leading exchanges, including NYSE Euronext, NYSE LIFFE and Eurex.

Kyte has established a reputation as one of the leading providers of clearing, risk management and settlement services in its target markets. Kyte's customers are able to use Kyte's exchange memberships in order to trade exchange listed, traditional and alternative investment instruments, including financial futures and options, cash stocks, cash bonds, warrants, foreign exchange and commoditity derivatives.

Order flow is treated discreetly with no marketing to outside intermediaries or against principal or agency books. Kyte delivers straight-through processing: routing orders in real-time and reaching the exchanges directly. Kyte's clearing system published combining all tradable assets (derivatives, equities, CFDs, Bonds, FX etc.) and displaying one financial summary and profit and loss statement for its customers.

Based on regulatory requirements and certain sovereign laws, these services may not be offered in all jurisdictions, including the United States.
